Disclaimer

The consultations and content offered by The Cosmic Key with Chitra Jain are based on astrology and related traditions, including tarot, numerology, Lal Kitab, Reiki, crystal healing and life coaching. They are provided for guidance, reflection and personal insight.

• No guaranteed outcomes. These practices are interpretive and are not sciences. We do not promise any particular result, event or outcome, and readings should not be treated as certain predictions.
• Not professional advice. Nothing we say or publish replaces advice from a qualified doctor, mental health professional, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional. Please do not stop or delay medical treatment, or make major legal or financial decisions, based on a consultation alone.
• Reiki, crystal and energy healing are complementary practices for relaxation and wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and do not replace care from a doctor.
• Coaching and emotional support, including support after difficult or traumatic experiences, are not therapy, counselling or psychiatric care. If you need those, please see a qualified mental health professional.
• Your decisions are your own. You are responsible for any decision you make or action you take after a consultation.
• Remedies and suggestions. Any remedies, practices or suggestions we share are traditional and optional. Their effects are not guaranteed.
• Testimonials. Testimonials on this website describe individual experiences. Your experience may be different.
• Articles. Articles on this website are general information, not personal advice.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services straight away. In India, you can call the Tele-MANAS mental health helpline on 14416, free of charge and at any time.

Our approach

• Consultations, whether astrology, tarot, numerology, Lal Kitab, Reiki, crystal healing or coaching, are offered for reflection, guidance and wellbeing.
• We do not perform black magic, rituals to harm anyone, or any practice that involves fear, pressure or physical harm.
• We never claim to cure illness, remove "curses" or guarantee outcomes.
• Any remedies we suggest, such as prayers, meditation or practices, are optional. You are never required to buy anything, including gemstones or items, from us or anyone else.
• We will never ask for payment beyond the agreed consultation fee.
