Refund & cancellation policy

We understand that plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for consultations with The Cosmic Key with Chitra Jain.

If you cancel

You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or by writing to hello@thecosmickeywithchitrajain.com. The time you cancel is the time we receive your request.

If you need to reschedule

• Each booking includes one free reschedule, if you ask at least 1 hours before your session.
• Use the link in your confirmation email, or write to hello@thecosmickeywithchitrajain.com.
• Once you have used your free reschedule, or if it is less than 1 hours before your session, the booking can no longer be moved. You can still cancel under the rules above.

Missed sessions and late arrival

If you have not joined within 15 minutes of the start time and have not contacted us, the session counts as missed and no refund applies. If you join late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.

If we need to cancel or reschedule

If Chitra needs to cancel or move your session, or it cannot go ahead because of a problem on our side, you can choose a new time or a full refund.

Technical problems on your side

If you have trouble joining, contact us straight away. Where possible, we will continue the session by phone or WhatsApp call.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds for online payments go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. They are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days of being approved. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money in your account.
• Payments made by bank transfer or UPI are refunded to the account they came from.
• Refunds are made in Indian rupees. For cards issued outside India, the amount you receive may differ slightly because of your bank's exchange rate and fees.
