These terms apply to your use of this website and to any consultation you book with The Cosmic Key with Chitra Jain, the professional name of Chitra Jain, an individual practitioner based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (postal address: Bengaluru, Karnataka 560040). By sending an enquiry or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, Refund and cancellation policy and Disclaimer.

Our service

Chitra Jain offers one-to-one consultations over Google Meet, including astrology, tarot, numerology, Lal Kitab, Reiki and crystal healing, and life coaching. A consultation offers interpretation and guidance for reflection and personal wellbeing.

These practices are not sciences, and no particular outcome or prediction is guaranteed. A consultation is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, mental health professional, lawyer, or financial or other professional. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.

Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book. A parent or legal guardian may book a consultation for a child, and is responsible for the booking.

How booking works

• You send an enquiry or choose a time on the website.
• Your consultation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with its date and time and a Google Meet link.
• If we ask for payment in advance, the booking is confirmed only once payment is received.

Fees and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are shown or agreed before you book. The price at the time of booking applies.
• Chitra Jain is an individual practitioner and is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to the price.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Payments made another way, for example by bank transfer or UPI, are agreed with us directly.
• If you pay with a card issued outside India, your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees.

Your details

For astrology and numerology, the accuracy of a reading depends on the birth details you provide. Please check your date, time and place of birth before your session. If you are unsure of your time of birth, let us know in advance.

Your answers

The questions you answer before a session help Chitra prepare. Apart from your contact details, you can skip any question you are not comfortable answering. When you tick the agreement box to send a booking or enquiry, we record your name and the date and time, and this counts as your confirmation in place of a signature.

Attending your consultation

• Please join on time from a quiet place with a stable internet connection. You are responsible for your own device and connection.
• If you join late, the session will still end at its scheduled time.
• If you have not joined within 15 minutes of the start time and have not contacted us, the session counts as missed and no refund applies.
• If we are delayed or have technical problems on our side, we will extend the session or offer you a new time.

No recording

Consultations may not be recorded, by either side, in audio, video or any other form. This protects your privacy and ours.

Respectful conduct

We ask that you treat Chitra with courtesy. We may end a consultation without a refund if a client is abusive or threatening.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.

Confidentiality

What you share in a consultation is kept confidential, except where the law requires us to disclose it.

Website content

The text, images and design of this website belong to Chitra Jain. Any notes or guidance we share with you are for your personal use only. Please do not copy or republish them without our permission.

Limit of our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any consultation is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on a consultation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking.
