Service delivery policy

The Cosmic Key with Chitra Jain offers online consultations only. We do not sell or ship physical products.

How your consultation is delivered

• All consultations take place over Google Meet, a video call you can join from a phone, tablet or computer.
• Once your booking is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email with the date and time in your own timezone, your Google Meet link, and a calendar invitation.
• We also email you reminders before your session.

When you receive your confirmation

• Bookings paid online: your confirmation email arrives within a few minutes of payment.
• Times picked without paying online: we hold the time for you while Chitra confirms it, and let you know how to pay. You receive the confirmation email as soon as it is confirmed.

Where we offer consultations

Consultations are available to clients anywhere in the world, subject to our Terms of service.

If a session cannot take place

If a session cannot go ahead because of a problem on our side, we will offer you a new time or a full refund, as set out in our Refund and cancellation policy.
