How do consultations take place?
All consultations are held on Google Meet. After booking, you receive a confirmation email and a calendar invitation with your Meet link.
Why do you need my exact time of birth?
For astrology readings, your birth chart depends on the precise time and place of birth. The more accurate the time, the more precise the reading. If you are unsure, share your best estimate and mention it in your notes.
Which timezone are the slots in?
Times are automatically shown in your own timezone, and your confirmation email shows the time in your timezone too.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Each booking includes one free reschedule, up to 24 hours before your session. Use the link in your confirmation email, or simply reply to it. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.
How do I pay?
Once you have picked a time, Chitra confirms your booking and lets you know how to pay. Your Google Meet link is sent as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Can I record my session?
No. To protect everyones privacy, sessions are not recorded by either side. You are very welcome to take written notes.
