Money tarot: guidance by your birthdate, and how to use a money deck

01-Sep-2026

Money is one of the most emotional subjects people bring to a reading. Behind a question like "Why can't I save?" or "Will my income grow?" there is usually a story: what we heard about money as children, what our families struggled with, and what we secretly believe we deserve.

A money tarot reading doesn't predict your bank balance. It shows the energy you are bringing to money right now, and the shift that would help it flow more easily.

What is a money manifestation deck?

Alongside a traditional tarot deck, I sometimes work with a money manifestation deck: cards created specifically to reflect your relationship with wealth, work and receiving. Each card carries a message about mindset, action or a block to release. I often draw one card from each deck and read them together, so you get both the classic tarot meaning and a practical money tip.

Odd and even birthdates

For this series I split readers into two groups by the day of the month they were born. It is a simple, numerology-based way to give a general reading a little more focus.

  • Odd birthdates: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and so on up to 31.
  • Even birthdates: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and so on up to 30.

In numerology, odd numbers carry a more active, outgoing energy and even numbers a more receptive, steady one. That is why the guidance for each group is a little different. Find your group, watch the reading, and notice which part of the message speaks to where you are.

Reading for odd birthdates

Reading for even birthdates

To go further than odd and even, look at your full birth number and life path number. My post on how to calculate your life path number shows you how.

Knight of Wands: vision with a plan

At the end of January 2026 the card that came up for money was the Knight of Wands. The knight charges forward on a rearing horse, full of fire and enthusiasm. He is energy in motion.

For money, the message is to be in this energy: a clear vision, backed by defined plans, raises your confidence and gives you the power to turn your desires into your present reality. Enthusiasm alone burns out quickly. Enthusiasm with a plan builds something.

If the Knight of Wands appears for you:

  1. Write down one clear money goal, with a figure and a date.
  2. Break it into three practical steps.
  3. Take the first step this week, while the fire is there.

A weekly money card

Sometimes I draw a single card for the money vibration of the week, or for the weekend. These readings were shared for particular weeks in January and May 2026, but the practice behind them is something you can do yourself every Monday:

  1. Shuffle your deck while thinking about money and work for the week ahead.
  2. Draw one card.
  3. Write down its meaning, and one action it suggests.
  4. At the end of the week, look back and note how the card showed up.

Over a few months, this simple log teaches you a great deal about your own patterns with money, and about how the cards speak to you.

Clearing money blocks

Tarot often shows the same few blocks again and again:

  • A poverty mindset: the belief that there is never enough, or that wanting more is greedy.
  • Ancestral money patterns: debts, losses or struggles that seem to repeat through the family.
  • Fear around money: of losing it, of handling it, or of being judged for having it.
  • Old beliefs: "Money is hard to earn", "Rich people are not good people".

Seeing a block clearly is the first step to changing it. Affirmations, rituals and practical changes all work better once you know what you are working on. If you sense a family pattern around money, my post on Lal Kitab remedies explains some simple, gentle ways astrology works with it.

What money tarot is not

A money reading is guidance for your mindset and choices. It is not financial advice, and it doesn't replace a qualified financial adviser, accountant or your own careful judgement. Please don't make investments or big financial decisions on a card alone.

If you'd like a personal reading

A general reading can only point the way. If you'd like to understand your own money patterns and what would help them shift, you can book a tarot reading or send me a message.
